Garden update

After the spring bulbs have finished blooming in May, there's a couple weeks in June where the majority of the garden is green and getting ready for its second showing.

My garden is mainly a summer garden, hitting its stride as we enter July. It used to bother me to have this gap in color. I'm still working for the continuous cycle of bloom, but perhaps the gap makes the July color burst that much more enjoyable.

But in July, it is all about the shasta daisies, the coneflowers, the daylilies and hydrangeas.
